Next few things that I'm looking to do:
Clans:
Increased benefit of being in a clan and having active clan-members, no more 1 member clans.
Clanhalls as the main defensive system for the game.
Incorporate clans in as integral to the "tag map" of the game, clans will play a part in this "map", with clanhalls making a part of the tag map, and also playing part in the needed defense for the game. Ranked clans.
Speed limits on simultaneous attacks by multiple opponents unless they're in the same clan.
Incorporate "tag map" as alternative to the ninja list.
Change the class system:
The skills you pick will determine your "job" instead of your class determining which skills you can have. Skills will be gained via levelling, and can be changed via levelling.
"Jobs" could include: peasant, shogun, emperor, samurai, daimyo, monk, essentially the disguise that the ninja is taking on during the day. The different classes will be indicative of the skills that ninja has chosen.
Make NW able to be a Facebook app.
Allow google openID login.
Create a system for getting bounties and benefits for taking on players with multiplayer characteristics (things like attacking the same target at the same time, and other actions like that).
Create a "badges" system.
Reset the player list with rewards & badges for high levels achieved.
