Essentially, there will almost never be 0 ninjas alive any more, small repops of 50 ninja should happen every 5 minutes if the list gets to zero (otherwise it won't change), and every third hour the list will start to fill all the way up (1/4 of the total ninja will slowly revive).
Other changes:
Deity: Revive 2% of ninja every 5 minutes instead of 3%. Deity: 5 minute revive schedule. Js: IE html5 shim for semantic elements to exist, so less gray for older id versions. Opera, well, upgrade to the latest version for the best experience! Items: Fixed self-use of items. NPC: Guard: Made it more explicit that they were giving you ginseng roots. Doshin: Fix empty bounty submission removing money. Logout: More robust logout, cleans out pretty much everything. doshin: Fixed bounty being put on self instead of target. Skills: Fixed heal other not picking proper target. Signup: Autofocus first field, made required fields pre-validate via html5. Dojo: Fix dojo class change-killing typo.

Amanita Mushrooms now only give 3 turns instead of 4. That better not have been on purpose you son of a bitch.
Anyway, it also seems that messages that belong to "Status" are now going to the "Messages" section. I have only tested this with Amanita Mushrooms, however.
A display problem, or bug for me: When I kill someone with a Dim Mak, I only get part of the message on the screen afterwards.
"be drained of your life-force and die! You have killed Meant4War with a Dim Mak!"

Amanita was indeed on purpose. That's only when you're already fast, they have the same high effect if it's you're not yet moving quickly.
Status messages going into the Messages section fixed.
Gotcha on the Dim Mak message thing, I'll fix it up when I can.
