Ok, we're coming up with a list of skills that can be put into the game. We've got the current skills, slightly modified when necessary, and a bunch of other new skills. I'll post the list later today or tomorrow morning when I get the chance.
We'd like to hear what you think about skills. Do you have any ideas for skills that you'd like to see in the game? Any comments on the current skills in-game? And what do you think of the skills in the list below(coming soon)?
3 Types Of Skills: Spells: Spells are used to get an instant effect. Current examples are Sight, Fire Bolt, Ice Bolt Battle Skills: Battle Skills are only used during combat. Current examples are Blaze and Deflect. Enchantments: Enchantments stick with a ninja for a period of time and either come into effect when the ninja attacks/is attacked or something happens ever hour. The only current example is Poison.

I think that If you are looking for some good skill then you should look at the manga Naruto.

Maybe you can try and make a move that can destroy any enemy in one hit but you have to be the highest level and must have ___________turns (Amount of turns) and maybe you can make a skill that lets you get out of battle but wastes 10 turns. Don't know if those are good ideas, but I'm just suggesting.

Hey Blade Master, Thanks for the ideas! The skill about escaping from a battle is one of the top ideas we've been working for skills in NinjaWars 2.
But the skill that gives high level players that kind of power is something we're trying to avoid. Right now, the game becomes easier and easier as you level. We are trying to keep it challenging for higher level players, so I think your first idea will not make it.
But back to the idea about escaping from battle. We dislike the idea of Ninja's engaging in one turn battles. We think good ninja should be able to strike and flee from their opponents, but not the way they currently do. The ability to enter battle for a few rounds, go to the shrine to heal up, and then continue fighting is a bit off. What we envision is that once a Ninja enters a battle, they are stuck fighting until one flees or is killed. The ability to flee from battle extra early with much of your health and dignity intact should be a difficultly learned skill because it provides the player with a quick and easy path to riskless kills.
Any further ideas on this or other skills? We'd love to hear them. Thanks for playing NinjaWars!

yeah, maybe you can make it so the battles can only be held when the other players are online and maybe you guys can also put in a special notification to the person whos battling 10 minutes before a battles starts then the person can flee like hit and run tactics

Forcing simultaneous presence is not something we're looking at for NinjaWars 2. In general, it's an incredibly difficult logistical nightmare to focus the entirety of gameplay on the simultaneous presence of players.
We do have some top secret ideas on how to make live comabt work well, but it won't be in NW2....at least.....not right away....
