Suave is right, I actually thought this was a suggestion for the current game, and not for NW2. We are working NW2 so that you can play for a little bit or for a long time and still be balanced. The way we intend to do this is by providing different things to do that take turns in proportion to the amount of experience you get. So you can do lots of little things and gain lots of small experience which takes a while, or you can do a few things that take a lot of turns and give a lot of experience, and only play for a little amount of time.
On top of that, yes, we are working on things that don't take turns, and don't give experience, so you can play with the world and the story a bit more, keeping you busy during your down time.
Thanks for clarifying Suavisimo

Oh!
I just had a great idea. You can use your turns to buy...more turns. Like give it on a ratio. It would actually encourage people to play LESS and it would actually benefit them when they want to play.
So if you have 10 turns, you can trade them all in for...11 turns. So you get a 10% bonus every time you turn them in, in a one shot deal.
OMG THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!
(had way too much fun with that)
