By clicking the new checkbox in the inventory screen you can now give your item to another player. This is the latest form of new interaction between players, next to killing them, and sending them messages.

this will possibley add a trading situation onto the game, although the current system won work that well for scammers who get the item then run, you might end up building a more secure verification system for players to trade securely..

That would have to be another class of items, right now everything is single use

it could still be single use, so it only works against the first person to attack you after you set it

Thats kinda like setting an "attack belt" that you will use as you enter battle, not a bad idea :-p

Sounds like setting a trap to me. You could set a trap so you can protect yourself while gaining turns and such. Only one trap at a time, different types of traps, etc.
Then you could give a ninja the ability to detect and disarm traps as well, which would be a very cool feature that would add to team work, especially clan v clan.
